To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all accessories, tags, and any promotional items received with the order
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Used, worn, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
